OMG I failed hard at BF4...

I am finding the combination of a new game and lag issues being the reason for my inconsistancy with this game, but right now not concerned about the K/D, prefer S/M and W/L ratio which is alright at the present, hopefully they will fix the issues


I have fully unlocked the Assault class but find that unlike BF3 the weapons are also extremely inconsistant or this muzzle drift effect is making the game more challanging. I have completed all upgrades with the AK 12 (480 kills) but is a truely aweful weapon. I find im switching between the AEK 971 and M416 a bit but missing the AN 94 from BF3 as i liked the behaviour of that gun with tremendous stopping power.

I feel your pain man. I was ranked 220th in the world at one stage with that gun . Miss that god gun terribly. Hope it shows up in some DLC though, i dont understand why they would not have it in the game?

For leaning: without aiming down, run/walk straight into a wall that has a clearing on either side. You'll see your guy begins to tilt. Don't move, press aim down and your guy will lean out while aimed down.

Peeping: while not aiming down, crouch behind any structure that you can't see over. Without moving, aim down. The structure can't be taller than while you are standing

Moving while lean/peeing cancels it.

^This. It's a game enjoy it. Squad up with your Friends and play together as this is the ONLY way in bf4 to stay alive. This is not bf3.

I would actually be quite happy if they removed kills and deaths from the in-game scoreboard all together, replace it with squad score, kit score, vehicle score etc. then in the battle report kills and deaths are shown. Something like that, too often the objective of the game mode goes out the window due to K/D nonsense

Remove K/D ratios from the stats altogether. So often in BF3 there would be an entire squad or more dancing around a control point, but nobody would head in because they were too worried about their precious K/D ratios. Eventually one guy would build up the courage to rush in and get blown to **** by a squad waiting for him.

@Oj0, maybe play on smaller sized servers. Played a 20 player server on op locher (metro version2) and there were a lot of movement
