I received the card yesterday and installed last night, card itself runs great, but, and a massive but - the fans dont spin at all.

Temps shot up to the high 90 degrees under load with no fans powering on and nothing I do seems to get them to spin. I have tried the following:

- DDU and fresh driver installl
- Disabled zero rpm
- Switched to second GPU BIOS
- Set fan speed to max in adrenaline and adjusted fan curve
- Adjusted fan curve on afterburner
- Uninstalled afterburner
- Installed a fresh copy of windows
- Tried a differnt set of 8 pins
- Changed PCIE settings in BIOS from Gen3 to Gen4

Absolutely nothing changed, the fans simply do not move - HELP

Try installing Fan Control and seeing if that can get them working.

Also check if you can see where the fan cable connects to the GPU's PCB, whether it looks fully plugged in, or if you can see any damage to the cable.

Just tried Fan Control, doesnt pick up GPU sensor

Fan cable connection looks good

Don't bother with further repair attempts, return the gpu before you break something proper and render a return moot. Unless you want to open a bad deals and have the popcorn gallery watch arguments about who broke what.

Yeah maybe, ideally I'd like to exhaust every option first though (without being too invasive obviously)
