I know whats wrong with the asus. He didnt send me any proof of the asus thats working i took his word for it, i sent proof the xfx is working. Im not even counting in the cost for the card for the parts so that 300 for shipping is nothing compared to what i spent.
And seen that he cant trust me (which is now weird) how can i trust him? like i said refund my cost i spent on the card send the xfx let me see whats wrong there and ill send his asus back if the xfx if fixable. If i cant ill send the xfx back. I even gave him the opportunity to send someone till here to come check the asus to see that its really dead, he didnt want to.
Ive sold my 6600xt, ive sold my rx6800 where people paid me first, and i shipped the items and had no issues.
Please go see the price of what thermal grizzly pads cost the 2mm and 3mm pads
So you say. But apparently there's more. Dead RAM to @deathstar444. Dead motherboard to @Hamz1121. Dead HDD to I don't know (@mujeeb1 who got the dead HDD?). Dead GPU to @TRINITRON.Yes the merc was fine and now its not, and i have no idea whats wrong with it now.

Those are the pics yea
I had 20 x 6900xts from 3 different clients, so like I said replacing wouldn't be a issueSo heres what happened between me and @DavoYE i bought a RX6900xt from him which was DOA.
i picked it up from him got home card didnt want to boot, PC kept restarting, told him about it, he then brought me a second gpu 6900xt aswell tested everything was fine for about 40 minutes card died same issues as the first one. told him about it, he said his partner is not happy as his now out the pocket of 2 6900xt gpus, so he told me he has a RTX3080 with warranty i told him no. ( as i didnt buy a 3080 if i wanted a 3080 i wouldve bought me a 3080) no refund offered, then he said he has a gpu coming from JHB the next day which is his personal gpu ( as i told him i dont want a gpu from that same batch) he told me it wasnt,.
The gpu was delivered to him the next day and he brought it with the 3080, we tested it everything was fine, (i still told him i want to buy the 2 previous gpus that died, but never got that far as he said it was his partners gpus)i was happy. but i had issues with my case (corsair air 240) as i have a 240 AIO which i couldnt use as gpu was to long so then i put up a ad to trade it for a asus or powercolour as i saw they were 20mm shorter, saw a ad of a asus rx6900xt but the owner didnt want to trade so listed the card for sale, then saw the ad of @TRINITRON PMed him we came to agreement etc (then hour later pc didnt want to boot gave me same issues as the previous two cards whatsapped @DavoYE told him about it, just to find out it was the PSU, changed the PSU and everything worked again played games for few hours then removed it and packaged it as it had to be picked up the next morning.
If i had known the history of the card which he didnt mention, even though it was working i would not have bought it ,then i wouldve asked for a refund.
Would you consider replacing the merc i got then?I had 20 x 6900xts from 3 different clients, so like I said replacing wouldn't be a issue
I 100% would if I am to blame, problem is that I believe I upheld honest dealingsWould you consider replacing the merc i got then?
I'd even take that 3080 if it really has warranty and is unopened / intact warranty seal
This is why I asked, who worked on the XFX? Between you, @DavoYE and @Del88, someone worked on the Merc. However, the Merc you gave @Del88 wasn't a good condition card, DavoYE. It was returned because it was DOA to a client. Did you tell Del88 that? He says you didn't.So I should replace the xfx card because @Del88 and @TRINITRON decided to do a swop while one of them worked on the xfx card?
I had no way of confirming if it was indeed an issue with the card or a different component with @SCHNITZER ZA build. For that reason I tested and cleaned the card, and my findings found no issue.
Denton, 15th August:
Did you tell @Del88 that you are getting a "personal carb" from JHB for him, as he claims? Because if so, that's an outright lie, mate. You didn't get a personal card for him, you got him a broken card from @SCHNITZER ZA.I had no way of confirming if it was indeed an issue with the card or a different component with @SCHNITZER ZA build. For that reason I tested and cleaned the card, and my findings found no issue.
To my knowledge I gave @del88A card he was happy with and followed up a few days later yo confirm.
I didn't work on the card no.
If you believe I am in the wrong I will replace the card.
Regarding @SCHNITZER ZA s feedback rating, he said If I don't give him a refund by 12 he's going to give me a bad rating - I made sure I gave him hes money's before then.
Once again the card was working once it left me, but was doa and refunded immediately because of that. I don't believe this warrants a bad review as I immediately took recourse as I'm willing to do here.
Hold up, I kind of read over this. @Del88 here you said the card gave the same issues as the previous cards, but when you swapped PSUs, it worked again before you shipped it off?(then hour later pc didnt want to boot gave me same issues as the previous two cards whatsapped @DavoYE told him about it, just to find out it was the PSU, changed the PSU and everything worked again played games for few hours then removed it and packaged it as it had to be picked up the next morning.
It was my personal card that went to @SCHNITZER ZA which then came back to meDid you tell @Del88 that you are getting a "personal carb" from JHB for him, as he claims? Because if so, that's an outright lie, mate. You didn't get a personal card for him, you got him a broken card from @SCHNITZER ZA.
Thats correct thats why i never still though alot about it. As it was working again and thats why i told @DavoYE nvm its working it was my psu.Hold up, I kind of read over this. @Del88 here you said the card gave the same issues as the previous cards, but when you swapped PSUs, it worked again before you shipped it off?
