Sold parts that always have issues being delivered; Seller is always giving excuses for bogus deliveries. Not paying back money for items not delivered. Seller raised an affidavit stating that I am extorting them for money - when I was asking for money back for goods not delivered.

@kulxazad I suggest going to SAPS and making an affidavit of your own, ASAP. He went to the police first, which is not nice, and the sooner you get your side done, the better. Explain the situation, put it on paper, and have SAPS sign by it.

Make a case of fraud against @wastie and follow it up. Contact the people in the thread who seem to know him personally and get as much info on him as you can. Nobody has this much issues just delivering a damn parcel.

For the sake of clarity, post a detailed description here of what you have bought, paid for, date paid for, and what is still outstanding.

@wastie your time is running out. Out of interest in this case I have dug a bit and found a ton of info on you. This is just from a quick Google. Imagine what a professional PI can dig up if I send your victims his way (and I will do that, as I have no obligation to keep your information private once I get a SAPS case number). I have cell numbers, full names, old company information (and the CIPC keeps this information), etc. etc.

I suggest you come clean, and you come clean NOW.

If this is Joshua Wastie from Durban (Not saying it is, as im not 100% sure), he took me for a proper poes a few years back.

He sold me a faulty vega 64, at that time it was 5k. I sent it back to him, and he claimed it was working, but could not prove it was with any videos or pictures.

He told me, I can come collect the card from his house in Westville, but shortly after that, i was out of the country and very busy, so I had sent 2 of my employees to swing past and collect, and he threatened them and told them to piss off.

He then just ignored me for ages after that, and he also started accusing me of money extortion, fraud and all sorts of shit, just to try get out of refunding me. He doesn't know me from a bar of soap, but had all this crap to say, and then threatened me with violence, if i came to his house, and how much he will fk me up, so I really wasnt bothered to go through all the headaches and entertain this immature idiot, so I just left it.

He had the same profile name, but it was deleted and re activated a few years later.

As i say, I'm not sure, if its the same guy, but I cant imagine there to be more "wasties" in Durban, that are scammers with the same story.

Apologies if I hijacked the post, this can be deleted if need be. I don't have the WhatsApp's anymore, but yeah if Its Joshua Wastie, just beware of this absolute doos.

Will I'm not sure if info has been forwarded about what he he's but he can tell you what he has and what he paid and he blocked me when I asked to resolve matter and tell me everything he has but he says he only has the card but courier has delivered another parcel and mobo was sent by member yesterday that I purchased 3weeks ago .so if u look at the prices I'm owed money but I did tell him due to the delay I will take responsibility for that and Gave him some stuff then it went sour and I asked him to pls just tell me what he has but unfortunately he blocked me so I'm extrely bad at communicating I also feel really bad for the delayed parcel but I'm sure if you ask then it will be clear on what he has (.I also am very confused I all of a sudden been accused of a Vega 64 I have zero knowledge on please) .I really am here to clarify and fix if it is fact I am owing him but it's not clear on how as he doesn't want to speak to me .

Simple solution. Send messages of deal both deals to an email .indicate good recived from me and amounts and attach the pop all done in eft .these are for everyone here claiming what they have .the admin should have knowledge on this matter I'm here if it's true and I'm in wrong and do owe monies I'm happy to pay but soon will be seen facts .and you can see the tricks min max plays to get what he wants .I'm standing by and definitely won't be taken advantage off .and to clarify regarding scam comment do you realize the statement you have made .you work for carb it says .you making an assessment based on messages with no proof .you already committing an offense as per that message you should be smart enough to know what that is. So to everyone on here send admin or who ever is able to look at this from a third person point of view .my message is clear pls may the above be done as it's fair .I can't go accuse toxxyc of selling me something if he never has or he paid me short and give no proof . This is not my bad deal thread and I'm not getting involved with this moron again, ive written off the loss years ago, but if any of the mods want the whatsapp conversion, I had with him in 2020, I'll happily send it. My mistake it was around 3k value not 5k, only saw this mow, when I retrieved the messages.

Just here to warn anyone doing dealings with him . As scum as they come.

It seems you used your mom's name on here (I'm guessing it's your mom?), trying to pass off as her on another account, but the number you used comes back as your own. Keep in mind that since it is linked, the information related to that will also be handed over.
