Underpower overclock 1080 Strix

So I started off dropping the power limit on my card to run Folding at Home in a way that didn't stress the card, fully expecting to be running at a much lower clock. As it turns out I can still hold a stable 2000+Mhz core clock on a 75% power limit.

Unfortunately Afterburner doesn't allow undervolting for some reason. Is there a way around this?
I'm an ex-Vega undervolter so not being able to undervolt my card is irking me a bit.
