Are you looking to buy/repair a part/device?
- Specify your location.

Needed to be said.

Start your own thread.
Do not piggy back on another thread. This just clutters the thread and make searching more difficult.

Will add template later.

Dibs.

Also state if the problem is sporadic or if it is repeatable.

ohh okay lets put this to the test - added point 7 as to what I've tried.

1. Accurate description of problem

I have strange issues. It seems my mouse is freezing (unsure if its system freeze or mouse issue).

When doing anything on my desktop, my mouse pointer gets 'stuck' and then jumps after a second in the direction I moved the mouse. From what I can tell, this hasn't happened in a game so only happening when on my desktop. I tried to see if it was system freezing or my mouse by using a stop watch but it didn't happen during this at all.

2. Device make and model

System is in my signature, Logitech G502 Hero mouse, Steelseries APEX 7 TKL keyboard.

3. OS / firmware version

Windows 10 PRO - 20H2 - fully updated.
G502 Hero firmware - don't know and unsure how to check.
Using latest Logitech G-Hub software

4. What changed before the problem occurred?

To be honest, after upgrading my whole system basically. Basically a fully new system, new SSD and clean windows.

5. Is this for home use or business use?

Home

6. If business, was it part of an Authentication Domain or did it have a MS account, etc?

N/A

7. What steps i have tried.

Reinstalling Logitech G-Hub and mouse drivers, DDU in safe mode, SFC Scan, Safe mode (yes happens in safe mode), enable/disable precision mouse pointer.
Have you tried using a different mouse in your PC? And also using that mouse on a different PC? That might help determine if it is the mouse or the PC.

Also as @UrBaN said - how often does it happen? Is it constant or sporadic? Have you found any specific triggers?

Can you describe me the problem....

It doesn't work.....
