Help me please

Take out everything except the CPU. Check if you have an onboard speaker then power on. If you get 3 beeps the board is probably not dead.
 
First step, remove all RAM modules, then try only a single stick in each slot. If nothing then try a different stick. If you have the patience, try each stick in each slot.

Good news! Is the ram back in the same slot it was before, perhaps it was seated properly, though you *should* have gotten ram error or some motherboard warning code if it was the ram. But I'm not familiar with that motherboard.

Dont have a speaker connected and couldnt find one otherwise i would have just googled the error code
