GPU Repairs? Specifically Replacing Memory Chips

Howdy guys

There's a guy out in Cape Town that does GPU repairs and sometimes films his repairs for YouTube. Anyone here that knows who I'm talking about? For the life of me I can't remember his name or YouTube channel.
Or does anyone know of another place that does high-level GPU repairs? I know some people can order the memory chips and replace them.

Have a 2080 with what I presume is faulty memory. Crashes and artifacts after a few minutes of gaming. Loses drivers and becomes undetected.
