I haven't been on Carbonite in a long time, I tried logging in now and had to reset my password.
It's now asking for the 2 Factor Google Authenticator Code, but I have a new phone since I last did it and now I can't get a code. How can I sort this out? The google Authenticator app is asking to scan a QR or enter a setup key.
