Support 2 way authy

Good day Carbonite, hope all is well. I need a bit of assistance, i have misplaced my backup codes & codes for that matter with my 2-way authenticator (Authy). Is there a procedure i can take or provide you with to remove or revoke this option until I've set up a new authenticator app as I've been relocating these last 2 years and also replaced a phone is the process losing all access to many of my applications. I've had to contact many websites asking for a reset in that department. Luckily, they were able to help me retrieve all my important profiles with funds and information in them.
