Support 2 Form factor authentication

Good Morning

I have not logged into Carbonite in a long time and due to multiple device changes ect ect

I cannot figure out the authenticator app which i used ages ago.

Is there any chance at all I can reset the 2 way authentication registration again so I can link it to my authenticator app.
