Support Cant login to my account

Hi, I recently tried to log into my account but I cant seem to get in. I have changed my password but I cant get pass the two-step verification as I changed phones and lost my Authy app where my pin code generator was on. Is there anyway I can recover my account?

Firstly, you are not allowed to have duplicate accounts: Duplicate accounts - STOP not even for 2FA | Support Forum

Next time it's a perma ban.

Accounts merged, unbanned and 2FA disabled
