Support 2FA access

I have a new phone and the Authy app is asking me for a backup password which I cannot remember. I followed steps on their website to reset the backup password but that included removing all accounts on the app. Now I have to add carb on the Authy app again but need a QR code to scan so I can add it. Can you resend me QR code or reset my 2FA so I can add carb on Auhty. Alternatively just remove my 2FA, whichever is easier.
