New price = +/-R70k (which is why you see ads on Gumtree/Junkmail for R40k for a lot less points). Only reason I can sell so cheap is because I got it cheap from an elderly couple who had it for years and couldn't travel anymore.

I was asked what the points can get you,

As an indication, if you had booked from tomorrow to next Friday (Easter week), it would have been 11055 points (2 years worth of points) for a 2/4/6 unit. Sun City appears to be the most expensive accomodation in the country! Not sure what it would cost if you book cash for this week.

You also have to give a cash co-payment but it is normally covered by your levy. In the above Sun City example, you would have used two years points but only one years levy. The second years levy will be available for another booking.

Kwa Maritane is around 8500 points for the same week.

Also have access to RCI (no additional affilation fees).
