The strap came apart. Seems to be a common problem, see: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Alta/Band-Broke/td-p/1584315 . Can
probably just super glue it, but it is still under warranty so you can sort it out via that route as well. I am just not keen to deal with the eBucks store, but will
provide proof of purchase if you want a go at it.

Right, I went through the effort of getting it replaced. They sent me a new one. I am going to bump the price to R1000 because it's brand new now.
