- By signing-up to any of our services you accept the terms and conditions below.
- Our data packages allow you to add-on data to your existing or new SIM.
- Activations are NOT automatic and may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
- It works in phones, routers, tablets and more on both 3G, LTE and 5G networks at unlimited speeds.
- Top-up orders can only be applied to existing data packages and are valid from date of purchase until your next data reset date.
- Reset dates are once a month every month, you may request to be put on a specific reset date if it is available.
- Reset dates are midnight 6th of every month unless otherwise specified.
- Top-ups do not rollover and any unused data is forfeited at the end of your subscription period where your cap will reset back to your subscribed limit.
- Data does not rollover and unused data is forfeited at the end of the subscription period.
- Payment failure that results in your account falling into arrears will carry a 10% reactivation surcharge.
- Referrals are a value-add which we are pleased to offer our clients. If any abuse of the referral system is found, both you and your referral will have your additional data removed and consideration as a client scrutinised.
- We reserve the right to sunset and discontinue any service at any time without notice. Any pre-paid payments received will be refunded pro-rata should this ever be the case.
- The following applies to month-to-month subscriptions only:
- You will be billed on a monthly basis starting from date of first payment and every 30 days after.
- Your subscription is automatically renewed unless cancelled.
- Cancellation can be exercised at any time and you will cease to be billed.
- Non-payment is not cancellation and you will be in arrears.
- As the nature of your subscription is month-to-month, price changes may come into effect due to circumstances out of our control. Pre-paid plans are exempt from these changes.
- Any price changes will be communicated to you via this thread and via email or SMS and will be in effect starting from your next payment date selected when signing up.
