Conditions:
1. Warranty expressed and implied covers the device ceasing to function completely without any evidence of tampering or physical damage caused by the buyer either during transit or use.
2. Warranty excludes the refund of any amounts paid to transport the unit to the buyer including any and all fees paid to couriers or other third parties.
3. The option to ship the unit comes with a best effort attempt at packaging the unit safely for transit and photos will be provided of the unit packaged in anti-static bubblewrap and cardboard before departure, the liability of the condition of the unit is fully transferred to the buyer once acceptance of the condition of packaging is acknowledged. The buyer agrees to cease any right to claim any amounts back from the seller once the aforementioned acknowledgement is made.
4. The buyer ceases the right to issue a negative or neutral iTrader rating to the seller as so far as the seller has, to their best ability, shown proof that the unit was sold in good faith with all relevant disclosure being made to the seller prior to the conclusion of the sale.
