Dentech I.T. Solutions - any good?

Hi All,

I've been looking for a new laptop for a friend. In the process I found adverts by Dentech I.T. Solutions but not sure if the reviews on FB / google etc are bought or legit. Haven't seen them mentioned on any forum discussions... Has anyone heard of them / dealt with them / can verify they are good? Their deals on laptops are quite enticing given prices...

I met the guy once when I needed a laptop for my friend, think about 3 years ago. Went to his house/office in Bellville. Saw a few items and decided not to take it. Items were advertised as new, but from what I saw it wasnt. Looks more like returned stock, refurbished, etc. Had scrathes on it, one was chipped on the corners. Also the items he advertised, he did not have in stock yet, wasted 3 days waiting and no stock arrived. If you wanted to buy, check the actual pictures of the item he sells and then decide, not the pics on the adds.

This is actually very funny, The owner of Dentech IT is away on holiday. I just called him to ask for a cheap graphics card, he told me to check on Carbonite. I work for an Engineering company in Maitland. We first started using Dentech when we purchased a laptop from them, probably like 4 years ago or something. They are literally our IT department now. Our whole company buys from them. He gives us AWESOME deals. My boss also started using him for support. They are not a huge company, I think it's 5 people, I've seen 2 different guys for support. I don't know if he has any more than that. All honesty, Awesome guy. His name is Mike, very friendly and very helpful. The side of the building I am sitting we are 52 people, more than half of us are working on a machine purchased from Dentech. My brother is a lawyer, he has his own practice In Kuilsriver, they also use him. You can go to his place for a hour appointment, you'll sit there for 3 and just talk, he is really an awesome, humble and genuine guy. Give him a shout, you wont be sorry, you can tell him, Henry Lochner gave you his details. Maybe you'll get a discount. Have a nice one guys
