Change NAT type on Huawei

Hi Guys

So i am having hard time trying to see where to change the NAT on the Hauwei E5573 device.

Can someone possibly give me a breakdown

I for the life of me have found all these things with people saying what to do but no one actually ever explains the changes they made on the device to allow that change.

Remember the ports are specific for certain things (PLEX/GAMING/XBOX/etc).
