Big beat, no speed.Harley overweight , if Harleys were a person they'd be doing mukbangs
Not really true. They're a lot faster than bikes that are slower than them.Big beat, no speed.
We are no longer in smacktalk brother, we can't lean that far into fiction. Not really true. They're a lot faster than bikes that are slower than them.

Turn a lot of petrol into a ton of noise with zero speed as a byproduct.

Step up?Boys... Got to test the new R1300GS yesterday!
DDDAAAMMMNNNN what a scoot!!!
Even comparing it to my 1250, its such a big step up!
each their own, i think it looks amazing!Step up?
IMHO, Definitely not in the looks department...
Let me clarify...each their own, i think it looks amazing!
surpised you are not a air cooled manLet me clarify...
It's just the weird front end that throws me off, from the side and back it is one of the better/best ones around. It is growing on me slowly.
Still keen to hear what you think is better on a technical side?
I think the 1200GSA LC is already fantastic!
So I've run into a snag. Wanted to get my rear shock rebuilt as it's been sitting for who knows how long and it isn't in great condition. Apparently my shaft is warped and slightly pitted (never had any complaints before) so it won't make a good seal. You cannot buy them separately though, so that's an issue.
looked at replacing it, but Yamaha don't make them anymore (it is a 1991 model). Not really sure what my next move is. I could take a chance and try find a secondhand one somewhere and hope it's in better condition, but that's a potential can of worms on it's own.
Any ideas?
Went and saw him yesterday. He might be able to rebuild my current ones, but doesn't think he can get replacements. Issue with rebuilding the old one is the shaft is bent, so it'll work until it breaks, basically.Chat to Denver from BlingKing: Bling King – Stuff for your Ride

He's a suspension guru & will in all likelihood be able to assist - even if it means replacing it with a Wilbers or another make.
So I took the bmw R18 out for a spin today and it was uncomfortable with crappy handling imo. It’s good in a straight line on a highway but that constant throwing to the side every time u give it petrol is annoying
Read this as the sarcasm it was intended, but the K1600 definitely doesn't have have itIt's only their inline fours that don't exhibit that trait!
Don't think I've ever seen someone mention a K75 before. It's a BMW thing. Even the K75 I had did the dance to the side - although I loved that triple motor, got me hooked on triples for life!
Had an 1150GS for a brief period of time, got rid of it for the same reason, couldn't stand the rocking to one side every time the throttle was applied. R1200R did the same thing, although not as pronounced.
