Where to get a Doogee fixed

I bought a doogee mix lite years ago when it was new and suddenly switched off for no reason in 2020 and its been laying in my draw ever since.

Does anyone perhaps know where one could possibly get the battery and screen replaced? Not only is the brand uncommon but the screen is even more uncommon.

As you'd expect, Cash Crusaders was incredibly unhelpful.

That'll probably realistically be my best bet.
