My neighbor loves the color of his grass (I kid you not. It is all he talks about and he works on it every week, He also uses alot of water)
My child love rubik cubes(spends R100s on one)

I do not care that much about grass.

But it does not elicit a proportional emotional response from me. As I am okay with him having a passion that I feel 'meh' about.

I love cars. More specifically old- overpriced Volkswagens. I don't tie my ego to my cars and sports teams like a lot of people do though. Driving them and looking at them makes me feel a specific way. If someone (@Moemfie_ZA) says "hu3hu3hu3 golfs are shit" , I say okay and get in my shit golfs. I see no need to justify why I think a certain car is brilliant.

So to OP. Don't listen to these fools. You enjoy your R216,666 per cylinder sub compact. And don't take offence when someone else is not as impressed as you are.
