Support Seller abusing rating system

Renaldo.07 has a rating of only 1, i was cautious dealing with him, asked if we can do the product first, then went with vouch or someone close to me options, still with no luck. He then gave me a neutral rating. Tried to salvage the situation
making a offer which he declined, changed his mind after i gave him also a neutral rating. Decided i don't want to do business with him anymore, he made another rating, negative. Still no sale and making me a scammer with a 40+ rating on carb. Please help

@AndriesVenter OK wait so he's selling something, you made demands that he didn't like and you gave him a neutral rating because of it, because you didn't trust him? He then gave you a neutral because of the same reason, and then you pulled out of the deal and he gave you a negative rating?

In a nutshell. I use this platform a lot and are depended on it for income, i am mainly a buyer. He gave me a neutral rating first, i tried to salvage the situation via whatsapp, after getting nowhere i gave him a neutral rating also, he responded with a negative rating and implied some personal negative assumptions

There should be no iTrader rating as a deal was never agreed to, just haggled on.
