Support Verification Code for Login

Hi, I last used Carbonite in 2022 and did not need a verification code to log in. Now when I try to log in, I am required to enter a verification code. Where do I find this or how do I set it up? I tried resetting my password which worked (I think), but it still asks me for a verification code.

My username is Whisp - email sveneggers745@gmail.com - I last used Carbonite in 2022 and now that I need to use it again I can not log in due to an authenticator code I need? I never set one up and I see some other users have had similar issues.
