JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is driving revenue growth, must acquire new sites as prescribed by the National Operations Manager in line with the overall business acquisition strategy, to seek out profitable new customers for the Company, client retention, advertising, sales and marketing strategy focusing on national sales and customer relationship management within the distribution channels of the organisation

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify New Business
- Develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate promotions and engage the customers in relevant sales campaigns.
- Act as first point of contact for customer queries and complaints and resolve these, referring complex issues to senior management ensuring that the customer receives an appropriate response.
- Identify Business opportunities
- Cold calling looking for new sites for Starter Pack Distribution
- Make calls (by telephone or in person) to allocated customers to develop new relationships
- Responsible for new product sales and achieving set targets
- Leverage both internal and external relationships to increase brand awareness
- B2B (Business2Business) cell phone starter pack distribution
- Build and maintain relationships with new clients

Customer Management
- Ensure that your customer base is maintained
- Leverage both internal and external relationships to increase awareness and effective execution
- Improve customer retention in the Distribution Channels
- Analyse monthly customer performance reports to identify opportunities and threats
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Responding to enquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Train customers in product knowledge, rica platforms and mobile solutions
- Ensure cellphone network relationships are managed
- Monthly stock forecasts for customers Operational Compliance
- Plan and execute monthly/ quarterly/ and annual regional sales plans
- Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures related to sales and operational activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policy and relevant legislation.

EXPERIENCE
- 3 to 5 years Sales Experience
- Must have Informal/Main market working experience in the industry
- Starter Pack or Prepaid Distribution and Sales experience
- A proven track record in sales
- Willing to travel extensively
- Driver’s license
 
With the "willing to travel extensively" is the expenses incurred covered by the company?

Also, is there any benefits that the company provides ie: Medical aid, Pension/Provident fund

Where about in Johannesburg is the office located? is the position work from home?

Hi there. You will receive a company petrol card as well as a company sim card. The company offers a pension fund. Should you wish to join the medical aid, this will be a full deduction. Current medical aid is with Discovery. Offices are based in Linbro Business Park. You will be required to go to the office when required.
