WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Help to formulate long-term vision, goals and metrics.
- Translate that vision into concrete plans and objectives, with medium and short-term goals.
- Guide the delivery of a multidisciplinary product team of product designers, business analysts, engineers and others , ensuring that they are aligned and prioritising the right things.
- Deeply understand and advocate for the customer—whether they are a patient, clinician, funder, stakeholder or anyone in-between.
- Lead the definition of product features that customers love and that work for our business.
- Create product specifications, user stories, tickets and other artefacts to build team alignment.
- Collaborate with leaders from across finance, marketing, analytics, operations, legal, and other areas, to ensure that we meet our holistic company goals.
- You love building remarkable products and you’ve got a track record of doing so.
- You're energetic, resourceful, and you naturally take initiative to get things done.
- You're passionate about deeply understanding customers. And you love connecting that understanding with awesome experiences orchestrated by technology.
- You hold yourself to incredibly high standards in everything that you do.
- You're good at managing many different, competing priorities with high levels of ambiguity.
- Your written and verbal communication is precise and clear, and you adapt your communication style as needed.
- You're a systems thinker. You analyse problems and their root causes in order to solve them at the right level.
- You're meticulous and attentive to details.
- You're curious about many things and you're constantly learning something new.

- A proven track record of delivery in a Product Owner or Product Management role in an industry like financial services or healthcare.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Certifications in product management, design, data analytics, scrum, process engineering etc are advantageous.
- Work for a customer-centred organisation, with a mission to make healthcare better for humanity.
