Everyone who was scammed by this guy, and also by a guy called "Charmlot" on here, open cases and speak to @Scarlet Scarab. There's a real chance this guy can see jail time.

Just make sure that the SAPS are involved in the collection of evidence, especially the footage of him (speaks to intention). Its great to be proactive but personal involvement can introduce a level of taint to it that leads to its exclusion. Ex advocate saying this real evidence must be collected and secured to retain its integrity else objections can fly to its inclusion at any potential trial.

Also guys, it seems I'm not the only one who has spoken to his dad. His dad is REALLY upset and quite mad at his son for messing up again. Don't hold it against him, but don't pester the man but also keep in mind his dad might want to cooperate. His words to me were "maybe he'll learn when he's arrested", so it's something to follow up on. I'm done calling people for now. I got a bunch of info to @Scarlet Scarab that I could search for online and that should get the ball rolling.

Update: So I got my case number last night and now only this morning Quintin decides to pay me. Waiting for an Investigator to contact me.

Yikes! I know what this guy did is very underhanded and despicable...but wishing death on someone over a R9k GPU...guess life is really cheap in South Africa.
