Please assist with name change.

I changed my name last year from WiZard to Wiℤard, not realizing that Carbonite would not see it as a "Z", thus making me almost untaggable.

In the mean time, the name "Wizard" was taken by another user. I have contacted the new user, and he is willing to change to either WizardD Or Wizardd86, but being new cannot change it himself.
