Had a deal with this guy regarding 2 Office 2007 Pro Packages.
Kept insisting I pay half now and half upon arrival, he said he needed money to pay for courier.
Got "sms" from fastway saying package has been scheduled for collection to be delivered to my address.
Paid Courier fee in the meantime, kept requesting for waybill number before transferring anymore money, havent heard anything since.
Also installed truecaller ID on my phone see this guy had been marked as Scammer.

How long has this been going on for?

Never do deals with someone who keeps insisting you pay them half first. If it's a legit seller and its part of their terms then they will most likely move on if the buyer is unwilling to follow the terms. 0 feedback score you generally don't have the reputation to demand upfront anyways.
