I don't know what needs to be done in this case so I would like the admins to intervene. Also please move the post to the relevant section if required.
This is the deal thread, [Sale] - 200w INVERTER | Tools.
It was sold to @Zindaar for R350 including delivery. The payment was made, I shipped the item. Once he receive it he says the device is only 180W and not 200W as advertised because the inverter has been rate as "180VA". Now I am not an electrical engineer but 180Va is not 180W a quick google search will tell.
He still insists that the inverter is 180W and gave a neutral because the product was not "not a 200W as advertised ".
I named the sale thread by reading the box which clearly says its Output is 150-200W. Now I cant argue or dont have enough textbook knowledge to explain the difference between 180VA and 200Watts.
Also, I posted as many pictures as possible for the buyer. He does accept that it's his mistake for not checking the images because he could have easily seen all the information he required to make an informed decision. He also confirms that the device is serving him the purpose he bought it for, but will give a neutral because the box says 180Va not 200VA.
I honestly dont feel I deserve a neutral for this reason.
