Hey all :)

Has anyone else been having issues if you are using the service?

Mine is through afrihost, but apparently RAIN is the actual provider of the service and is resold through afrihost.

I find during peak times i have constant disconnects and even lately its been during normal times where latency is 3000ms+ and i cannot do a single thing.

Now im just curious as if any other users are experiencing the same issues?

Had the same problem but through mweb, they ended up having to do some kind of reset on the account.

Also had a major drop in speed and latency since December 2017, I eventually had to cancel mine in March as I saw no improvement :( It seems however that the speed issues are very area specific, most probably due to tower congestion. I know of several people in other areas that are still able to enjoy decent connection.

Yea so i heard back, apparently RAIN network is struggling with congestion and they upgrading infrastructure but there is no solid ETA as to when there will be a resolve.
