My second Logitech G305 wireless mouse is in the process of dying (left click issues). They seem to last me a few years before this happens and I've been very happy with it up until now. Before I just get another G305, are there any similar products I should check out? Definitely prefer a smaller mouse.

Appreciate the suggestion but not really into the technical stuff.
I'm sure someone on this forum to help you out. actually, idk. maybe. If you want a new mouse, different brand or something, just carry on

The switches are often generic between various brands. So there's no guarantee a different brand will have better longevity for clicking issues.

If you like the mouse there's no reason to get a different model. If you don't want to experiment with changing the switches then maybe sell the current one as-is and get a new one. Then someone else can deal with the repair.

Just a quick 2 cents.

I bought my G305 on BF 2021 for R350... the same mouse went on BF 2023 for R650... and back up to R950 now.

Gaming sessions AAA+, battery replacements min 6 months but 1 Duracell can easily last a year depending on your usage.

I wouldn't replace it with anything... simply because nothing is better for my needs.

Get a colour that suits you but black looks great and unfaded after 2 years of use on my side.

G502 light speed they are noice
Thanks! Checked it out and think it might be too big for my hand. Temporarily using my old gaming mouse of a similar size and it seems to be causing my gamer's elbow (I don't play tennis :D) to flare up again.

Yeah, I'm thinking I may just be getting another one. Been reading up on a few other options and not all available in SA. You haven't had any left click issues yet? I use mine a ton though, all day for work and then gaming as well.

Nope, I've even dropped mine a couple of times, but everything still works fine lol

Try giving it a clean with some isopropyl alcohol and a blow dryer.

Razer Orochi v2 probably the most similar. Can't say if their switches will give you more lifespan though

Corsair Harpoon I use is on the small side, but it's ergo - could be an option if you want to try a different shape

Thanks! Yes was looking into that Razer but struggled to find stock here. Was also checking out the Corsair Katar wireless options.

The steelseries rival 3 wireless is a competitor to the g305. The only downside is that it is bigger in size but has 60M clicks opposed to the g305's 10M clicks (since that was your issue initially) as well as other perks like bluetooth and year long battery life

Thanks very much, will check out some reviews. It's quite close in size to my temp mouse which isn't so comfy but the 60M clicks are very appealing.

I had a rival 3 wirless was good but to heavy for me. Currently using the Razer Orochi v2 for my office mouse and enoying it but might be difficult to find on sale.

The Razer looks like a good option but can only find it in stock at Evetech, so basically not available here ;)
