Anyone here privy to how one can contact Logitech (ZA) support directly for warranty/RMA purposes?

I searched and found only two distributors locally, but they seem to do more video related stuff. Might contact them regardless

This is the Logitech disti.
If the product is grey, they will not assist.
 
Thank you. I doubt its grey, but in SA you never know :) Have logged a query on their website directly and awaiting an unautomated response ... will try this as well.

Contact logitech.com directly. they ship to you and it takes about a week from rma to in your hands

When you say contact them directly.... because I registered my mouse on my account, then issued a support request through their website/channels. They gave me a ticket, but no human response as of yet.
 
Send me a PM, I have the email address/phone number of their rep. He's extremely helpful
 
Always had brilliant service from them directly. Samsung on the other hand have been dreadful with my ssd.

So i see they are updating their ticketing system. Theres a bot chat in the bottom right corner of the web page. Chat with it amd follow the insteuctions.. Im as busy with a RMA atm

Okay well I've tried that route now as well. Waiting to see what/if anything happens. They still havent responded to my first ticket Monday this week. 🤷‍♂️
