With or What?WTH are those?
had to go change my new pair of underwear, right after changing it yesterday already
Engineer [emoji38] you do not want me balancing your booksI see Zen DAC, and some nice custom keycaps. But I also see a numpad. Must be an accountant with good taste.
I think the year of the rat is a decent board. Hotswap supported, caps and switches included. Overall good. However, depending on the DZ60 config, you’d get a better sound and feel. Oh and via support too. Is it worth the extra bucks? That my friend is entirely up to you. What do you guys think of the Ducky year of rat vs the DZ60RGB V2 if you use similar switches?
Can't seem to make my mind up
How are they??
Pretty gosh darn great. I'm only testing out a few (swapped out some of my more commonly used keys) and besides sounding good, feeling incredibly smooth (with factory lubing) and consistent - they really do look great. How are they??
I tried the sound mod and it works really well. Very impressed.
Id love to try the flexi mod he does if I had a GMMK pro
Has anyone tried to import keycaps from AliExpress? I don't mind waiting 6 months, but I would like to know if there are like insane import tax or something.
Sounds like we need to do another GBPretty gosh darn great. I'm only testing out a few (swapped out some of my more commonly used keys) and besides sounding good, feeling incredibly smooth (with factory lubing) and consistent - they really do look great.
I almost wish I had ordered like 1000 of them to put on EVERYTHING
Very naaaaaas!Guys, I finally built the damn thing. I was worried that it would sound awful. But it sounds sooooo good. I am so happy with this board. And linear gang... I get it. It feels like clouds. I love it. This is my second board and first with PCB mounted stabs and my mind has been blown... no rattle at all. I love that this board isn't much bigger than my 60% (it just adds 1 column and 1 row of keys).

thanks, man ill have a look at both,@Cethos_ZAR I think you should check out the Keychron boards on Takealot. @headtr1p just reviewed one on his YouTube channel.
Or this looks fun [R1,274.80] Gamakay TK68 Mechanical Keyboard 68 Keys Triple Mode Connection Wired Type-C / BT5.0 / 2.4G Wireless with Receiver Gateron Switch ASA/XDA Profile PBT Keycaps Hot Swappable RGB Gaming Keyboard Computer Peripherals from Computers & Office on banggood.com
Unrelated, but I think you got a 'neutral' iTrader as a mistake. You can ask a mod to fix that for you.thanks, man ill have a look at both,
very new to this whole Keyboard thing, I have just been using a Cheap keyboard since about October last year when i made the jump from Console to PC

@Mike recently did a group buy import.Around 4k to spend,
Has anybody ordered from KBDFans/NovelKeys to SA? Shipping times? Were their shipping costs reasonable and once-off?
Would I be better off waiting for stock on ctrlshiftesc & the like, would it be more affordable?
Really difficult getting into such a niche hobby here haha

Was looking at KBD's 60% hotswap kits on ctrlshiftesc, although they haven't had much stock recently. Along with the NK boards and the options available straight from KBD.What type of build are you looking to do?
The cheapest/most viable option would be to get the kit off ctrlshiftesc. You could also keep an eye out here on carb. Was looking at KBD's 60% hotswap kits on ctrlshiftesc, although they haven't had much stock recently. Along with the NK boards and the options available straight from KBD.
What I'm looking for is your reliable 60%, tray mount, alu case, hotswap pcb, I'd likely lube and film some gat yellows with a kit from Keyboard Kulture.
Just difficult finding the most affordable/viable route to purchase tbh
I'm one of many waiting for rebeltech to get their bugs in check, apparently they stock ducky keycap sets now
