Job Description/Requirements:

You will be the principal point of contact between Rebel Tech and its customers. You are to ensure that each customer has the right products and services in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer satisfaction levels and profitability. Additional responsibilities include:
• Assisting all customers with queries, quotes and orders.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
• Communicate new products, specials, and promotions to business and customers.
• Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Keep up-to-date on best practices and promotional trends.
