Job Description/Requirements:
We are searching for the ideal candidate to fill a "Sales & Customer Success Consultant" role within a newly created business unit. The applicant will play a key role in helping grow this start-up. The candidate will be requested to perform various roles and must be willing to adapt and change as the needs of the company evolve. The idea of a “start-up” needs to excite you, along with the growth potential, hard work and “can do” attitude that it entails.

Position entails:

• Selling custom-built “fit for purpose” computers to individuals as well as corporate clients.
• Dealing with clients in both a sales as well as “customer success” capacity by way of making recommendations, following up and maintaining relationships.
• Acting as the liaison between the company and its clients.
• Managing orders and collaborating with our system builders and e-commerce platform.
• Working with suppliers and sourcing components at the best price.
• Being flexible and willing to go beyond your job description as required in a start-up environment.

• Possess a deep understanding of computers and they way they are assembled.
• Are obsessed about customer satisfaction.
• Find joy in crafting the perfect solution for clients by listening to their requirements, constraints, and needs, then presenting them with a well-thought-out solution.
• Are constantly researching the latest advancements in hardware and technology.
• Have a genuine passion for working with people.
• Are self-motivated and proactive.
• Have experience selling computer hardware, and working with CRM and Support Desk software.
• Bonus: Have experience in any industry that requires high-end computers.

Other Requirements:

• Must be over 18.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel to clients, suppliers, and other locations.
• Matric.
• Further studies in IT or related fields will be advantageous.
• Must be willing and able to work in the office, 5 days a week in the Cape Town CBD.
