How often are IPs changed when they're not static (Cool Ideas)?

Hi all,
I can't change my IP to a static one on Cool Ideas ("yet" because I'm on OpenServe).

Does anyone know how often IPs change on Cool Ideas/OpenServe? Just wanna figure out what to expect.

Some ISP's fuck us around quite a bit.

Best advice would be to get a VPN service that provides you with a static IP (or IPs) and then configure to use that.

I can't remember the last time I had an IP change, it was more than a year ago.
