Can somebody please explain how selling PayPal USD. How does this work?

Asking cause I want to use PayPal to complete an international USD transaction. Do the PayPal USD get transferred into my PayPal account?

That's correct Bud, you pay via EFT and PayPal is sent to your PayPal account.

It seems like you want to pay someone in USA, via PayPal?

If so, you may either buy PayPal from someone, at an agreed ROE, or you may link your credit card to your profile, then it converts the credit card funds to PayPal usd and pays for your transaction.
