Highly likely bad deal with MrCS on IPhone 11 Pro

Description of Bad Deal:
I contacted the seller on Monday, got a response on Tuesday from carb with his phone numbers,

I then texted on WhatsApp the same day (Tuesday) at 11:06am asking if the phone is still available , he told me that it is still available 15 minutes later.

We then exchanged texts regarding the condition of the phone. Later that evening I told him that I would take the phone. He ask if I could do a an immediate payment and I just made it to avoid delays at 20:15 (Tuesday).we agreed on using courier guy for the delivery.

On Wednesday I asked for a Tracking number, he gave me a long story about how his brother made the delivery and that his waiting for proof of pictures of the delivery note. I then told him that I should have received the tracking number via email or text from courier guy.

He gets back to me today after I’ve sent him several texts and left a series of missed calls, telling me that his brother is a construction worker and couldn’t get a hold of him.
I maintain by telling him that I should have received tracking number if it was sent. I later tried and call him several times. I then left him a text at 18:00 asking him to return my call, he responds 20 minutes later telling me that he is at work.

I’ve reached out to @Gumpertapolloss to ask how their previous deal with @MrCS went. haven’t gotten a reply from @Gumpertapolloss .

@LSD why oh why would you pay R5,200 to a guy with only one rating? I'd suggest you contact your bank to see if you can reverse the money, but I doubt it'll be successful. If that's a real business check account, contact FNB and ask for information about it, see if they'll indulge.

@MrCS you have 24 hours to respond here to the above.

This guy messaged me on WhatsApp! He wanted to buy a MacBook I was selling and he asked me to send pictures of it with his name on a page (I thought he just wanted to confirm that I had it) after sending the pics I realized what he could possibly do with it. I ended up going to meet with another person and he said he’s not in a rush to buy, anyways that deal with the other person fell through and then I messaged him again and I was blocked. Realized then what had happened 🤦‍♂️. Can post the pics I send him, if the admins allow it just so nobody falls for this guys tricks
