Long story short I bought a Senhheiser GSP 300 headset for mostly gaming. Received it and plugged it in through the 3.5mm jacks. Played a few songs and it extremely bad.
To put it lightly, the headset sounds HORRIFIC. My R600 pair of bluetooth JBL headset I use to gym beats it 10x fold, and 10x fold more. At maximum volume it is still soft, and there is absolutely no bass whatsoever. I uninstalled the sound drivers and reinstalled, no luck.
I have no sound card and run straight from the motherboard. It's an Asus ROG STRIX B250H. Link Motherboard. It's got Sonic Studio III installed and it defaulted to powerful. Even when I turn it to extreme amplification it still sounds KAK.
My Logitech Z623 speakers do not have the same problem.
The headset currently sounds worse than the R15 plug in earphones you buy from the Chinese markets.
Any ideas please?
