Hi
Asking for a favour, somebody to remove malware and get a laptop booting.
A pensioner seems to have picked up a bit of malware on her laptop and now it won't boot. It will not be able to be done remotely. The owner is not really tech savvy.
Anybody able to do a final good deed for 2022?
