Guys I need some input and advice: I'm going to have stitches across a small part of the palm of my right hand. Would I still be able to game comfortably? They'll be basically directly under my index finger (on the fold line).

You'll obviously have to give it time to heal properly but still try to use it carefully to keep some movement in the joint. Once it's healed whereby you feel minimal pain, you should be able to use it just fine.
