Hi Guys
I am not sure how you guys deal with matters like this but I sent a laptop to this guy Willie Botes @BrilliantTech .
I wrote that shipping ada risk is on him. As soon as the laptop arrived he told me there was a mark on the laptop now

He sent it back and the screen is shuttered upon calling him he laughed. How do you deal with this kinda issue?
