@EDDYYZ37 you got best squad yet???
Go rig more games mate.
What FPS are you guys getting in game?
I'm hovering on 100 to 180 FPS. - With my setup in my signature.
I've noticed that if you flick the video preset (graphics) slider till it says low latency (basically everything on low, or off) the game comes across as very hazy, however when I switch over to the medium preset it looks sharper and clearer to see players etc. Pretty weird. BF4 didn't do this.. Haven't had the time to see which setting specifically does this.

you been enjoying it tho?
So you're getting that FPS on medium settings?
Are you referring to frame caching when you say low latency?Ya, its cool! Didn't play BF1 so not really sure if the game is much different from that.
I suck at it though. 2 years of playing 0 games has taken its toll. My aim is terrible.
Medium. Didn't play too much on low latency because of that haze I was getting.

You will get your aim back quickly bud, BF1 was kek so you didn't miss anything.
Try the low setting and the up the resolution scale to like 110%
It must be automatically adjusting the anisotropic filtering level. Having it on nothing on with low latency and 2 or 4 on medium. Anisotropic filtering does a lot for distance sharpness and clarity whilst actually only carrying a very small performance hit that generally goes unnoticed on high-end hardware, even at 16.
The very first thing I do for any game I get is turn off any motion blur and max anisotropic filtering (or at least set it to 8).
I reckon a 2090 series card say middle next year with "improved" rtx Performace and a drop in price ?
And if (I mean when) that happens I'll buy
Improvements would hit the 30xx series nvidia won't break their mold and go for another card in the same range.
It all depends on what amd brings to the party, hopefully its something decentI reckon a 2090 series card say middle next year with "improved" rtx Performace and a drop in price ?

So messed around with the video settings last night.
Got the latest Nvidia drivers installed as well. (416.94)
All my settings on low, but AAP on TAA High, and resolution scale to 110%.
The game is really clear. Don't get that blur effect anymore.
My FPS is averaging from 90 - 110 now. Which is pretty bad, considering most of the other options are on low.
Hopefully its just the drivers that need to be perfected, or the game.

Yeah I am a light mode scrub.DAYUM, on what are you people posting? Light Theme or something? or is it how an "insert" gets handled perhaps?
cause reading that on a Dark Theme ain't working
Works fine if you have a better monitorDAYUM, on what are you people posting? Light Theme or something? or is it how an "insert" gets handled perhaps?

I doubt the quality of my monitor will magically make black text, white or something similarly light for reading on a dark them
same goes for the reddit extract text color
so think my 144hz LG is still good
thanks @PancakesZA thought maybe that
