You rate? I'm thinking it'll probably only pop up a few months after like BF1, unless they just migrating to the same structure as BF1 servers right off the bat which would be nice..

On another note, anyone given the beta a try for those that access today? hows performance and IS IT FUN?

Apparently there will be local servers for the beta.
I recall seeing a list with all the regions listed and South Africa was definitely on it.

Yip looks like we have 2 local servers.. and also not sure this is just on some accounts or for everyone.. But we are no longer Africa, we are Antarctica, just incase you try do a full filter. xD

They come and go. Whoever is hosting them locally seems to have issues. I assume the server reboots or something as this doesn't happen on EU servers

issues since the days of BF2 (where I started so could have been earlier)

have low ping? no matter, our crappy servers are there to make up for the smooth gameplay you could be having, by causing hit reg delays or rubber banding

I have lower ping on the UK server at times than on the local server. Went back to the UK server as the local one keeps bombing out.

I literally jumped onto the local server for 15-20mins before it crashed. Pings were good though . 2 - 3 ms with a bit of lag to 4ms at times Xd

Game runs well , feels a bit different but also sped up i think ! ended up getting a bit frustrated trying to play on the overseas server with a 165ms ping, but overall still happy with my pre-order xD

Averaging around 120 - 130fps on custom settings. Ultra settings yielded a stready 80-95fps, but i rather opted for a higher frame rate with slightly reduced details. ( on that note , DX12 was unplayable, stuttering and hooking )

My ping is way a both the UK servers ping. I`m sure they will sort the server crashes out by today or tomorrow at least. I`ll check again tonight and see what my ping does. Very strange have such a high ping on Fibre and everything else is fine.

Yeah saw that the DX12 is not playing well at the moment. I run ultra settings with 2 exceptions. I get a constant 60fps on mine with 1440p and vsync on. I can`t be as fancy as you with the 144hz monitor. Other than that all is playing well.
