Bad deal with Tpxone

Description of Bad Deal: I paid for a 2080ti card on 7 Oct and kept getting promises of the card to be shipped out soon, and that he was just awaiting a replacement fan (this was of course never mentioned when I originally purchased the card). His supplier never seemed to be able to come up with the goods/parts, finally suggesting a replacement card rather than replacing the fan. Well, it's now 37 days later and he still doesn't have a card to ship to me. I believe I have been more than accommodating and patient, but have set an deadline for resolution by Friday morning 9am (proof of refund or tracking number), if not I'll be reporting fraudulent transaction at both our banks and pursuing further legal means if needed to resolve.

I actually bought two gpus, of which one was received. So I don't think @tpxone is a scammer. He just seems to be very unreliable in terms of his dealings, with delays being the order of the day. Let's hope he can resolve this matter before Friday morning

1.first card was posted in carbonite and sold to him.had a issue . but got it sorted...

2.second card.gave you all the details and explained everything,I hope,....and I did mentioned all the details to you and I didn't post the second card on carbs because it would require alot of Bck and fourt like the situation we in ......so in the end ..I decided to get u Another and currently because exam's and other reasons there as been a delay that I didn't account for.
There isn't been more than a day pass that I didn't contact you.

Just to clarify: I was contacting YOU every day or two in order to move this deal along, so you're not being entirely truthful here. Either way, I'm not waiting until your payday to refer this matter to the banks; deadline is Friday and I'm sticking to that. If you're in the game of "wheeling and dealing" you should be able to make a plan. @Michael has been very quiet throughout this whole ordeal, maybe you should ask him for a loan...

Huh...I already did....this is a new case that was made in good Faith outside the deal you guys had on carbs.never the less. ..I am already helping.....an apologies as been sent and reconciliation preparation have been made....
