Description of Bad Deal:
Im not one for essays so ill keep it short
Seller posted a sales thread selling a B315 4g router sunday. I communicated and arranged 50% upfront and 50% after received.
He first off requested a cash send via Fnb... I dont do this for obvious reasons. He then send his bidvest acc detail. Paid 50% . Could not do instant eft (issue between Capitec and Bidvest - maybe a sunday thing)
Once it shows he would release the item to TCG and i pay the rest when received.
He then requested that i buy him Pizza to 'confirm' his /the pickup address.
Me be like - What!!??
Followed up monday and tuesday. He responded that funds not showing but will keep me updated
He read my whatsapp message yesterday afternoon and then turned off his cell.
Only get voicemail
TCG also confirmed also getting voicemail and the place at address is closed.
Seems seller has ghosted with my 50% upfront.
