Description of Bad Deal:

Seller sold a cpu on the 15th of October , on friday 22 October received the cpu and installed it, rig would not post and I messaged him straight away , his response was he is gona get me another one

somehow i have a feeling that he knew the cpu isn't working .after a week he told me he is going to refund me as he cannot get another cpu ,he then said i must give him until month end ,

yesterday i messaged the seller he said i will get the payment before 12 o'clock waited untill 8 o'clock no payment .i whatsapp him this morning i kindly ask him please can i get the payment or gona have to open a bad deal as this is taking too long .he said i can go ahead and open it there's no flop

i can wait anymore because his been making empty promises he sold lot of stuff of facebook market but still no refund .he promised that if he get a buyer for his Rims im gona get the payment that was october .

First and foremost I told Chris that the I7 7700k was the one am using which I sold to Chester26 then manage to get some1 who has it then spoke to Anton that I have a buyer for him. He got back to me that no problem I can make the deal with Chris which I did and my mistake here was taking the Cpu without testing it then shipped it to Chris then he told me that the cpu was not working and got back to Anton telling him that the cpu is not working even told Chris that will sort him out then I will deal with Anton later.

Couldn't get hold of Anton then said to myself that you know Chris made a deal with me so let me replace the cpu for him if i can't will refund him, so in this case from the deal I got the 16gig ram which Chris shipped to me and the cash he ewallet to me was taken by Anton as that was the deal so I also explained to Chris about the situation and told him that I will sort him out as I didn't make Anton his business as he dealt with me.

What Chris said about the rims and promise to pay him month end of November are true and I still intead to pay him back just have some problems with cash and I never bought other stuff from whoever he claims I bought RGB rams from Effect something. Simply Chris will get his money as soon as I get paid or yes after selling my rims because think he got confused when he sees stuff being sold on Facebook as I work with people they give me their items I sell them to get profit from them which I sometimes do get out R200 R500 sometimes norhing well like I had recent sales with 2 people here in Carbonite with a Laptop and water cooler which they were not mine. I even told Chris that I am waiting for money to be paid to me which all dates I give him it's dates am told the money be in my account.

When are you getting paid? Also, I hope you see the dangers of selling stuff for other people. It usually ends well, but when it doesn't, it's your own rep on the line.

Its been 48 days and counting..u said end of November ill be sorted or u lost counting? today is the 1st of December. I need the money ASAP
