Audo becomes out of sync

Hey everyone, hoping someone could assist me.

Going to try make this short and sweet. so basically while I'm gaming, the audio and video I'm watching on my 2nd monitor becomes out of sync. Doesn't matter what site I'm watching the show on.

The quick fix is to go back a few seconds in the show and it catches up for about 5min then becomes out of sync.

All drivers updated, Windows updated, bios updated, Firefox updated. Have done Windows reload also.

Specs:
I5 8600 -
Gtx 1080 -
16gb 2666mhz ram -
500gb m.2 ssd. -
Win 10 Pro -
Firefox browser -
 
Have you tried:
Disabling Dynamic Tick:

or simply hooking up second monitor to mobo:

oh damn haven't came across either of these fixes. trying the first one now.
