Are my HDD temps a problem?

I have a small plex server, running 3 hard drives:
2 * 10TB WD Purple
1 * 14TB Seagte Exos 16

I havent used the 1 * 10TB at all, and only installed it now (having had it in my cupboard for the past few months).
According to HDSentinel, it has "1 hour power on time" (or, 4 start/stop cycles).

Now to the issue at hand:
Both the WDs are running at 45+ degrees ('idle'; in pretty 'cool' conditions - not cooped inside a hot case). In fact, I have the one 10TB next to me on a test bench and it hasnt stopped spinning? I can feel the temp increasing -.-
The Seagate is running at 38 degrees (also 'idle');

I know that's not a big difference, but its a bit close for comfort. Not sure on the consensus out there - getting too many numbers. But apparently the safe operating temp is either 50C (which is too close imho) or 60C (which is sorta fine..)

PS. All of them have 100% health/performance. But I'd rather not tempt fate on this.

Your temps are ok. HDDs actually don't like being below operating temperature because, like a car, the oil isn't at the correct viscosity.

So, I might be able to fit 2 x 90mm fans as intake on one end, exhaust on the other to allow airflow over the HDDs (all 3 now mounted in a 3d printed tray/cage).

Should work lekker? Just so it doesn't run into stupid temps/keeps it from reaching 60 when I'm not looking.
